Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our valuation team. As an Assistant Analyst/Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced professionals in conducting comprehensive business/properties valuations for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, gaining valuable exposure and knowledge in the field of business valuation and property valuation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical individual looking to develop a career in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform market research on various industries
- Analyze financial statements, business information and transaction details
- Prepare valuation models and reports for transaction and financial reporting
- Valuation for business, private equity investments, financial instruments, real estate, equipment etc.
- Collaborate with professional parties and facilitate IPO, M&A and financial reporting
Requirements
- University graduates, Degree holder in Economics/Finance, Accounting, Surveying or related disciplines preferred
- Holding or currently studying any professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA or etc. would be an advantage
- Strong research, financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong Excel knowledge and report-writing skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Analyst
