Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented valuer to join our valuation team. As a Valuer / Senior Valuer, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced professionals in conducting comprehensive property valuations for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different industries, gaining valuable exposure and knowledge in the field of property valuation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical individual looking to develop a career in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Undertake real estate / fixed asset valuation and advisory assignments including market research, site inspection, prepare valuation model and report, etc.
- Valuation for wide range of purposes including financial reporting, M&A, IPO, investment advisory, litigation, feasibility report, valuation review, etc.
- Collaborate and communication with clients and external professional parties
- Involve in ad-hoc assignment as assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines preferred
- Holding or currently acquiring professional qualification such as MRICS and/or MHKIS would be an advantage
- 1 – 3 years’ real estate valuation / consultancy experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and report-writing skills
- Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output to meet deadlines, with excellent teamworking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Frequent business trip to PRC and overseas may be required
